Training Philosophy

In recent years it has become apparent that there is an increasing need for training for wildlife health professionals in free-living population dynamics , in investigating the reasons for the decline of wild animals and in intervention in human-wildlife conflict. This course aims to provide you with the practical knowledge and skills required to tackle these issues in free-living wild animal populations which will complement your existing theoretical knowledge, garnered from either the MVetSci in Conservation Medicine, another degree or your own research and experiences.

We hope you leave this course with an understanding and skill set that enable you to intervene for the benefit of wildlife conservation across the world.
